How many photos will we receive?
Every package comes with a set number of edited images, depending on the type of session. If you’re curious about the exact amount or need something custom, feel free to ask.
What’s the turnaround time?
For portraits, maternity, and couple sessions: 15–30 business days. Weddings typically take 30–60 business days. I always aim to deliver as soon as I can without compromising quality.
How will we receive the images?
Your final photos will be delivered through a private online gallery. It’s easy to view, download, and share with loved ones.
Are the images edited?
Yes — I carefully edit each selected image with natural color correction and light retouching. I want you to look like your best self, not an overly retouched version.
Do you deliver RAW files? Can we pick our favorite images?
RAW files are not included. If you wish to receive the RAW files, this can be arranged for an additional fee. I usually select the best images for you, but if you prefer to choose your favorites yourself, let me know.
How do we book a session?
Simply send me a message or fill out the contact form. Once we confirm the details, a $50 deposit is required to reserve your date. Your booking is secured only after the deposit is received.
Do you travel? Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes! I’m happy to travel for sessions — whether it’s within Alberta, across Canada, or throughout Europe. If you’re interested in a session in another country, just reach out to discuss the details.
Travel within Calgary is included. For sessions outside the city, a small travel fee may apply — just send me the location and I’ll give you an exact quote.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — I get it! We can reschedule your session if needed.
Do you help with planning and posing?
Absolutely! I’m happy to assist with choosing locations, outfits, timing, and anything else to help you feel prepared and relaxed before your session. During the shoot, I’ll guide you with posing so that you feel natural and comfortable — even if it’s your first time in front of the camera.
Can we bring pets to our session?
Yes please! I absolutely love including pets in photos. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan for it.
What time of day is best for a photo shoot?
The most flattering light usually happens around sunrise or sunset — that golden, dreamy glow. But I’ll help you pick the best time based on your location and vibe.
What if the weather is bad on our session day?
If the forecast isn’t looking great, we’ll work together to find a backup plan. I can recommend indoor locations or help reschedule if needed — we’ll make sure it still turns out beautifully.
Can we meet before the session?
For sessions up to two hours, I’m happy to arrange a video call to discuss all the details and help you feel prepared. For wedding sessions, we can meet in person in Calgary or schedule a video call, whichever is more convenient.
Do you offer gift certificates?
A photo session makes a meaningful gift. Gift certificates are available as digital version.
