How many photos will we receive?
Every package comes with a set number of edited images, depending on the type of session. If you’re curious about the exact amount or need something custom, feel free to ask.
Are the images edited?
Yes — I carefully edit each selected image with natural color correction and light retouching. I want you to look like your best self, not an overly retouched version.
What’s the turnaround time?
For portraits, maternity, and couple sessions: 15–30 business days. Weddings typically take 30–60 business days. I always aim to deliver as soon as I can without compromising quality.
How will we receive the images?
Your final photos will be delivered through a private online gallery. It’s easy to view, download, and share with loved ones.
Do you deliver RAW files? Can we pick our favorite images?
RAW files are not included. After the shoot, you’ll receive a preview gallery of the best unedited images and can choose your favorites for final editing. Or if you prefer, I can make the selection for you.
How do we book a session?
Simply send me a message or fill out the contact form. Once we confirm the details, and reserve your date.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — I get it! We can reschedule your session if needed (with some notice).
Do you travel?
Yes! I’m happy to travel for sessions. Whether it’s another part of Alberta or across Canada, just let me know where and when.
What if the weather is bad on our session day?
If the forecast isn’t looking great, we’ll work together to find a backup plan. I can recommend indoor locations or help reschedule if needed — we’ll make sure it still turns out beautifully.
What time of day is best for a photo shoot?
The most flattering light usually happens around sunrise or sunset — that golden, dreamy glow. But I’ll help you pick the best time based on your location and vibe.
Do you help with planning?
Absolutely. I’ll gladly assist with location ideas, outfit questions, timing, and anything else you need to feel prepared and relaxed.
Will you help us pose?
Of course! I’ll guide you throughout the shoot so you feel natural and comfortable. Whether you’ve modeled before or it’s your first time, I’ve got you covered.
Can we bring pets to our session?
Yes please! I absolutely love including pets in photos. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan for it.
Can you help us choose what to wear?
Yes — I’d be happy to help! If you’re unsure, I can offer suggestions and simple styling tips so you feel confident and look great in your photos.
Can we change outfits during the shoot?
Yes, outfit changes are welcome depending on your package. I’ll let you know what’s possible based on the session length and flow.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel within Calgary is included. For sessions outside the city, a small travel fee may apply — just send me the location and I’ll give you an exact quote.
Can we meet before the session?
Absolutely. We can meet in person or chat over a video call to go over everything and make sure we’re on the same page.
Do you offer gift certificates?
A photo session makes a meaningful gift. Gift certificates are available as printed or digital versions.
